Our mission is to strengthen the Yukon’s resilience, resistance and response to the twin climate and biodiversity crisis through meaningful partnerships - recognizing that all life is dependent upon healthy ecosystems.
Thank you for your interest in joining the Yukon Conservation Society Board of Directors! YCS has a governance style board, which plays a key role in the success of its work. We welcome diversity and seek to have our board be representative of YCS membership and communities throughout the Yukon.
New board members will be elected at the YCS’s upcoming AGM on Thursday, March 26th, 2026. Candidates may continue to be nominated until the start of the AGM, and may also nominate themselves on the floor of the meeting. To attend the AGM remotely, please register via Zoom. To participate in-person, please register via Eventbrite.
To self-nominate (because you’re great) or nominate a friend, please fill out the online nomination form or the downloadable version and drop it off, mail it to 302 Hawkins St, or send it to board@yukonconservation.ca.
